Judge Carter of the Central District of California is taking his time deciding whether or not to dismiss the case against Barack Obama, challenging his claim that he is a natural born citizen. The plaintiff's lawyer in that case is Orly Taitz. A person must be a natural born citizen to hold the office of President. The New Jersey court's decision absolutely does not mandate what Judge Carter will decide, but the decision can be admitted to show what a court with a similar case has decided.
